Dr Fred Bongard, MD, JD is a multiply board certified surgeon and senior faculty at a local medical school. He has been in the active practice and teaching of surgery for almost 30 years and has served on committees of major medical and surgical organizations. He attended law school at Loyola Los Angeles. He brings his expertise in medical diagnosis and management to the review and and adjudication of legal cases.
